Overview
Kemono Heroes is a multiplayer action-platformer exclusive to the Nintendo Switch, released in early 2020. As one of four anthropomorphic animal ninjas, the player must restore the forest and defeat the demons that petrified it and its denizens.
The game's four distinct characters have a standard short-range sword slash and ranged attack, though each also has their own unique ability that helps them get around the stages easier: Fudemaru can transform into enemies and use their skills; Miyuki can climb walls; Hanako can glide through the air while falling; and Yu can traverse across ropes and vines. Multiple players can play the game co-op, while competing with each other to finish the stage soonest.
