An obscure Japanese game developer/publisher and electronic teddy-bear manufacturer.
Towa Chiki developed a number of small profile games in its time, including (and most notably) A Week of Garfield. They are more famous in Japan for developing "Idol Hakkenden", which has a bit of a cult following. They ceased game development in 1991 and were dissolved by their parent company, Towa San Electronics. Towa San Electronics was purchased by a GEO Corporation, a video/DVD rental company, in 2001.

Released in Japan only, A Week of Garfield is a Famicom game where the lazy orange cat must rescue Odie from neighborhood ne'er-do-wells. Its extremely poor quality may have kept it from being released overseas.
