Toby
An engineering prodigy, Toby is a penguin who fights in his custom built mecha suit as part of the Rouge faction.
Background
Looked over for selection as a Peacekeeper conscript, for being "too small and cute", Toby vowed to use his genius engineering intellect as part of the Rouge faction. There he built a mechanised battle suit to wreak havoc and vengeance on all who oppress him. Although apologetic at times of his destructive actions, Toby proved to be one of the Rouge faction's best brawlers through his continued success on the battlefield.
