Beard
Captain Beard was a legendary pirate whose ghost appeared in Higemaru Makaijima.
Beard was made Momotaru's brother in his story for Street Fighter V before he was scrapped. He wishes to pick a fight with Rufus for unknown reasons, and although the rowdiest of the siblings, he is no match for his little sister Ruby.
